RESPONSIBILITIESLead and develop a professional internal audit team with a global remit and standardsLead all aspects of audits projects, planning, execution and reporting of financial and operational risks to compliance with internal audits standards and company policies.Conduct first-level review of audit projects, evaluation and implementation a group-wide risk based audit plan and proceduresParticipate in major business initiatives and proactively advises and assists the business on change initiativesProven track record within internal/external audit environment evidencing strong performance in conducting high quality audit work, findings and reportDemonstrated a strong leadership and coaching skills in managing people and projects.
